Sales: Items will be shipped immediately UPS or USPS and insured upon receipt of a valid credit card number, money order, or certified check. Personal checks must clear prior to shipment of the item.Ohio sales tax applies to all items sold in, or shipped to an Ohio address.
Shipping:Shipping charges and insurance are additional to the purchase price and are not refundable. Insurance is optional, but recommended, since refunds will not be issued for lost shipments. Shipping is free on orders of $500.00 or more. This applies to standard shipping n the continental US only. If the item is returned for any reason, shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.
Lay-away: Lay-aways are accepted under the following terms.
Returns: Items may be returned for a full refund (less shipping and insurance) or exchange under the following conditions.
Lay-aways are returnable for exchange or credit only.NO REFUNDS ON LAY-AWAYS. Notification must be received by Stitches in Time WITHIN 10 DAYS of your receiving the item, of your intention to return the item and the reason for return.
The item must be returned in the same condition that it was in when shipped.In the event of damage in transit, the shipper must be notified.In the case of a garment, it must not have been worn other than trying it on for fit. All paperwork (invoice, provenance, tags, etc.) must be returned with the item.
The item must be returned by UPS or similar service and must be insured.
Refunds will be issued immediately if all preceeding conditions are met. If payment was by check,a refund check will be sent within 24 hours. If payment was by credit card, an electronic credit will be issued immediately.
